1. Standards we follow
- We comply with Google Play's
Child Safety Standards policy,
the U.S. PROTECT Our Children Act, and applicable laws in every
country where the app is distributed.
- The app is rated 17+. Accounts found to belong to
anyone under 17 are removed immediately.
- We prohibit any content, conduct, or communication that sexualises or
endangers minors, including grooming, solicitation, or the creation,
possession, or sharing of CSAM.
2. In-app safeguards
- Report — every profile, chat thread, post, and
comment has a "Report" action that lets any user flag CSAE concerns or
other abuse for human review.
- Block — users can block any other user immediately;
blocked users are hidden from feeds, buddy matches, and chat.
- Image moderation — images uploaded to the app are
stored on infrastructure that applies Google Cloud Storage CSAM
detection.
- Account removal — accounts that violate child safety
standards are permanently disabled. Users can also request full account
deletion at /delete-account.
3. Reporting CSAE
If you become aware of CSAE on MedPrep or believe a minor is at risk,
please act immediately:
- Use the in-app Report action on the offending
profile, message, post, or comment.
- Email our safety team at
mukeshyadavwebs@gmail.com.
We review all CSAE reports within 24 hours.
- For emergencies involving an immediate threat to a child, contact
local law enforcement first, then report to
NCMEC CyberTipline
(United States) or the equivalent authority in your country.
4. Reporting to authorities
MedPrep reports apparent CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing
& Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperates with national and regional
authorities, including INHOPE member hotlines and India's National Cyber
Crime Reporting Portal, in line with applicable law.
5. Designated point of contact
Our designated child-safety point of contact is reachable at
mukeshyadavwebs@gmail.com and
is able to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and compliance with Google
Play and law-enforcement requests.
