Delete your MedPrep account

In-app deletion (recommended)

Open the MedPrep app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
Tap Settings → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently removed.

Email request

If you no longer have access to the app, email mukeshyadavwebs@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. We complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Profile (name, handle, photo, exam, subjects, study preferences)
Learning data (quiz attempts, XP, streaks, achievements, stats)
Posts, comments, poll votes, group memberships
Chat and group messages you sent
Friends, buddy matches and battle history
Authentication record (email, sign-in identifiers, push token)

What may be retained

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (no longer linked to you)
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. abuse reports for up to 12 months)
