By downloading or using MedPrep ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 17 years old to use MedPrep. The app is intended for medical and pre-medical students preparing for licensing exams.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may use a guest (anonymous) account, but some features require signing in.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant MedPrep a limited license to store and display it so the app can function (for example, showing your post to other users). You are responsible for the content you share.
MedPrep is a study aid. Questions, explanations and other content are for educational purposes only and are not medical advice. We do not guarantee exam results. Always rely on qualified instructors and official exam materials for clinical and licensing decisions.
MedPrep offers an optional paid plan ("MedPrep Pro"). Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedPrep is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
